We chose Ash from Prime Agents to sell our house after having no luck through another agent. Ash was professional but friendly at all times. He probably thought we were being a bit overly dramatic with our cats, as we drilled into him that the doors couldn't be left open etc. But nothing was too much trouble. And Ash got the sale over the line after much dithering about by the buyer. So he's patient too. Ash will certainly be high on our list if we want to sell in the future.

Ashley is a very good agent, unfortunately he was dealing with difficult sellers who left the property without completing requested jobs by the agent. A selling price for the property was put up after we agreed on the original advertised price and we met them without any argument for a harmonious transaction but they did not honor their promise to repair broken windows. Also another one was discovered later that had been hidden. It would have been a better transaction had the owners appreciated our effort to give them the extra money above the advertised selling price and honored the the agent's and our request to repair the windows.
Ash was very helpful, confident, extremely polite gentleman. I would recommend Ash and I hope that I can call on him to assist me again soon.
