Ashley was very professional in every aspect of us selling our property and we were very impressed with his level of professionalism. He had extensive knowledge of sales in our area which helped us in deciding on a realistic price, we sold very quickly due to this. His honesty was very refreshing.

As buyers, Ash listened to us, wasn’t pushy and provided information and all answers to our questions in a timely manner. As sellers, Ash was amazing. He took the time to understand our expectations and bought into those by ensuring that we would achieve the price we wanted. His communication was incredible with regular check ins and updates. There was never any time spent wondering how things were progressing. When it came to negotiating a price with a buyer, Ash was professional and meticulous in ensuring a deal was done. Throughout the entire process, there was no ask too great and Ash made himself available to do everything required to make a stressful process as easy as possible for us. We bought our dream house with Ash so unfortunately we won’t be in a position to use him as our agent for some time, but I cannot recommend him highly enough. You will not be disappointed!

He always backs up what he says, if he is not sure about something, then he will research until he can give 100% honest and true information. We cannot praise this guy enough.
