Ashley Weston and the team were fantastic from the word go. He listened to the plans I had to renovate and sell my investment property and was fully supportive. His team kept up communication and reports throughout the workup to the auction and his predictions of the end result were a lot more accurate than mine (and a lot higher!). Ashley and his team look after us from the word go. Selling from Interstate they took care of every detail of the sale, dealt with out tenants, organise cleaning and styling of the property rode the open house and were realistic in their valuation. From the outset, Ash's communication style was open, honest and with a "no pressure" sense. Ash was informative and answered all our questions, and was able to describe/display "things" simply.
