We had a excellent experience with Ash and his team - from Brooke through to the auctioneer Brent on the day. From the outset, Ash's communication style was open, honest and with a "no pressure" sense. Ash was informative and answered all our questions, and was able to describe/display "things" simply. His knowledge of the local market was spot on. The weekly reports we received were comprehensive and easy to read. The little things weren't missed either, like Brooke coming in on her day off or even when she was sick!, to the flowers and cards we received from Ash and the team. We must also acknowledge the office staff who always ensured our calls were returned if Ash or Brooke were not available when we rang As said above a great experience; well done.

He kept us in touch with buyer feedback and activity and he made us feel really comfortable about selling via auction and the different strategies/situations that may occur come Auction day. With the house being tenanted, Ash and his team handled communication with the tenant which ensured they were comfortable with the process and kept the property looking immaculate throughout the campaign. Hopefully we don't have to sell another house in the near future but if we did... we wouldn't use anyone else!
