Ash was great with the sale of our property. Even after the property got passed in at Auction he still worked as hard as he did before the auction to secure the sale. Most agents would take the foot off the accelerator but Ash and the team kept going to get the price we were happy with. The only thing would be to set the right expectations on price at the beginning.
