We recently sold an investment property, which was managed through Ray White Frankston. Very pleased with Ash's knowledge of the Frankston South area, his ability to provide clear explanations, his accessibility and his provision of regular updates. The sale outcome was a very pleasing result. We feel that Ash perhaps tended to under-play the sale price expectations, but in our view this is more preferable than indicating an unrealistically high price expectation, with a much greater chance of being disappointed.
