Ash was great with the sale of our property. Even after the property got passed in at Auction he still worked as hard as he did before the auction to secure the sale. Most agents would take the foot off the accelerator but Ash and the team kept going to get the price we were happy with. The only thing would be to set the right expectations on price at the beginning.

Ashley is a very motivated agent with strong market knowledge. I have never seen an agent work as hard to get a result, he is willing to put in the hard yards to get the job done. In challenging times he produced a result that has made my vendor very happy.

I met Ashley when he knocked on my door one Sunday afternoon - just as I was considering selling my property. He stayed in touch during the preparation process - even recommending a great trades person when the need arose. Within four days of me telling him the property was ready, photos had been taken and approved - along with the copy and was listed online on a Thursday evening.
