Throughout the whole process he kept us informed regarding potential buyers and was always available to answer any questions we had regarding the sale. I met Ashley when he knocked on my door one Sunday afternoon - just as I was considering selling my property. He stayed in touch during the preparation process - even recommending a great trades person when the need arose. Within four days of me telling him the property was ready, photos had been taken and approved - along with the copy and was listed online on a Thursday evening. The first Open for Inspection was on the Saturday and by Sunday night three written offers had been received. By the following Friday an offer had been accepted and the deposit paid. As someone who has held most Real Estate Agents on a par with Used Car Salesmen and Politicians I have to admit that Ashley has made me revise my opinion.
