Atul helped the reviewer sell this property

Worked hard to get the sale but DOYR on the market prices!!!

Atul and Jeet worked extremely hard to sell my property, and got a record price for the block. They also communicated very effectively and we were always made aware of any interest and open houses etc. Atul was aware that an apartment within the block sold for $460ish about 10 months prior to our property going on sale, and didn't tell us that our price expectations (being closer to $520k) was unreasonable. We were not keen sellers (we had put the property for rental again), and we only went with Atul because he created the impression that 1) there were significant number of buyers who would likely to pay somewhere close to our price due to location and renovations 2) the price point was acheivable. Overall, I would say that Atul and his team work extremely hard, but left a bad taste because of the above. We finally had to sell at $480k.
