Atul Sama was the 'sale agent' for this property which the Department of Health has acquired for redevelopment for residential aged care purposes. Atul provided excellent stewardship of this transaction which had to occur in compliance with Victorian government land transaction policy and guidelines. Atul ably supported the transaction by explaining the government requirements to his Vendor which in turn meant that we could proceed confidently with our 'due diligence' activities on the site toward making an 'offer' which was accepted. The transaction was complicated by the fact that the property was being sold subject to a residential tenancy lease. Atul ably managed tenant consent for site access for our 'due diligence' activities ensuring that these proceeded as quickly as possible with least disruption to the tenants.
