Austin has been decietfull and two faced through out our settelemnt period. There is no way I would recommend him to anyone for anything. CHOOSE PURPLE BRICKS any day of the week over Austin, you can't do worse trust me. He has told us multiple lies including making us believe the property had evapourtive cooling right up until settlement when it didn't, making up other offers that weren't there and many other small things that all add up to make the whole experience unenjoyable and leaving a sour taste during what was suppose to be a really exciting time for our family. You are crazy if you choose to risk the biggest asset in your life to this Austin. Don't do it.
