Jeffrey is a hard working and professional agent that goes above and beyond to deliver a great outcome for his clients. Throughout the sale process, Jeffrey was always available, listening, communicated effectively and ultimately delivered a great result! I would highly recommend Jeffrey to any vendor that is looking to sell.
Jeffrey is a professional agent who gave me lots of support and carry out this deal from end-to-end. I can say I was almost "worried-free" throughout this deal. He is very eager to listen and provide appropriate solutions to his client. I would highly recommend Jeffrey to my friends and family whenever they buy/sell properties in Australia.
Thank you to Jeffrey. He was always on hand when we needed him and keep us updated. He is helpful and friendly. Thanks again!
I recently approached Midland Investment Group Sydney for reselling my off the plan apartment. While this can be a very stressful process I felt 110% confident by partnering with Jeff. He is very passionate for helping me to look for all the potential buyers and negotiate with the buyer. Finally my property was sold with the price I was happy. During the negotiation, he was responsive, provided great feedback and helped explain clearly all details of the contract. He managed the actual sale negotiation brilliantly. I highly recommend Midland and Jeff to everyone!
Jeffrey has been very professional and helpful when assisting us buying the property. Communicated clearly and engaged us throughout the process. Highly recommended.
Thank you Jeff and Faye for helping me sell both my properties. I appreciate the time and effort you put in and providing me updates and information always. I will come to you to sell my third for sure!
Great insight of market devotion and assistance in property management
It has been an absolute pleasure working with Jeffrey on this purchase. He provided us with in-depth knowledge about the area and what's coming up there. We were also looking at apartments in the relatively new building next door and he fairly put forward the different features of each of the 2 developments without pushing us into either one of them. He was responsive and always answered my calls/messages promptly. In the process of customising the floorpan for the unit, he was extremely patient in working with us together with the developer in crafting something that suits my family's needs. I highly recommend him to other buyers looking for property.
