The sale process was smooth and painless. Jennifer seemed to be able to sense what the buyers wanted, and concentrated on those aspects of our home in the negotiations. She very quickly sorted out the high probability buyers and in a matter a weeks had a buyer identified and negotiated a price on our behalf which was more than our expectations. But her amazing work was not finished, as she relentlessly communicated with the buyers to assist with the valuations for the finance approvals. I have worked with a few real estate professionals in the past, but I have to say Jennifer is by far the most professional and knowledgeable agent and has a gift in selling homes.
