We highly recommend Jennifer Carr,; myself , my sister and my mother had to sell my mothers townhouse in West Pennant Hills , the whole process went very smoothly but quickly , she has so much knowledge of the market here , her son William was also very professional and caring about our family situation , they were both very communicative to us and gave a lot of time to my mother making this seeming sad time selling her home less painful . Dear Jenny I'm writing this for a hotel room in Japan. Travelling a lot and leaving family for work is tough. Especially when selling a home. You gave us some great ideas and contacts for service men to get our place ready. Then came the open home...The twilight session on the first Friday night and the Saturday afternoon open home. Let me back track a few weeks... Words that come to mind when I think of you. ...perceptive, tenacious, diligent, friendly and down to earth. From the minute you stepped into our home, you immediately fealt what we fealt when we bought the home. It gave us great confidence that you believed in the homes potential to attract the correct buyer in the shortest possible time for the highest money. Back to Saturday open home... You calling Janette at 10.30pm the night of first Saturday open home after working all day on the purchaser advising that the house was sold. Then the knock on the door just before midnight with the contract and the glass of wine to celebrate is testament to your character and diligence. One week to sell our home......... we are happy! When you make that all important decision to sell your property, why do you choose to do it through a Real Estate agency? For us it was about getting a fair price, minimising the "hassle" and controlling the costs. Let's be clear from the start, Jennifer Carr delivered on all three! We have always believed, if you ask an expert to help you with a process then it's smart to listen to their advise. Jenny gave us clear information at all stages and talked us through each decision point; we are not saying we blindly followed every suggestion she made but we listened. When we doubted we asked for proof and it was readily forthcoming. Never at any stage did we feel pressured to make a decision and yes there were times where be both doubted she could achieve the result she was describing but we "trusted" her and weren't let down. So if you are thinking of selling your property can we suggest you do yourself a favour and at least talk to her; we are certain that in the end when the money is in the bank you'll congratulate yourself on choosing the right agent, we did.
