Since our first contact with Jeremy, we have found him to be very knowledgeable in his field. His advice and help with selling our property made the whole experience that much better. Jeremy' was always approachable and his communication with us was excellent, missed calls were returned in a timely manner. We highly recommend Jeremy.
Jeremy was fantastic in the sale process, highly professional and communication outstanding, his market knowledge is exceptional, and I would highly recommend Jeremy Wilkinson in a selling or buying capacity, Thanks Jeremy
We were thinking about selling our very first house and came across Jeremy at an open home he was selling. We were impressed with how he conducted himself and we knew that he was the one we wanted to sell our first home. Jeremy and Sharon were fantastic all the way through the selling process. We found their down to earth and honesty about the real estate market refreshing and it put our mind at ease that we were all on the same page. Jeremy was also happy to use his professional knowledge in helping us make the decision on our new home. I never had to worry about not knowing what was going on, they were always in contact and always happy to answer any questions we had. Jeremy did a fantastic job with the negotiating and we sold our house for the asking price. The experience of selling our house through Jeremy was made easier and stress free because of his professionalism and I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone thinking of selling their home.

Jeremy was a pleasure to deal with. He had great knowledge of the area and surrounding suburbs along with comparison market prices. Jeremy was always easy to get in contact with and kept us up to date at every point of the sale, nothing was ever to much trouble. We would highly recommend Jeremy.
Jeremy's professionalism, knowledge and persona enabled him to sell my property within 2 days of going live on the market. It was priced right, photographed and presented to a high level, so got the right price. I would definitely recommend Jeremy to sell your home.
Being a first time buyer I had constant fears and questions. Jeremy was there whenever I needed him no matter how many times I called him or how stupid the question was. He was very reassuring and made the experience a pleasure. I will be sure to use him for our next home and highly recommend to all.
The first Real-estate agency we approached to sell our house thought we would be lucky to get around $310K to $330K, we were convinced the property was worth more than that and with luck so did Jeremy Wilkinson from Harcourts. Within 5 days only being listed on the internet, we had a solid offer of $420K. Jeremy was very honest, upfront and professional from start to finish of the sale of our house. We had heard Jeremy was the No.1 real-estate agent in Launceston and now we know why. Thank you Stacie & John.
Jeremy was able to pull it all together after a long negotiation
Jeremy acted on our behalf for the sale of my late Mother's home. His professionalism goes without saying, was in constant contact with us with updates and marketing ideas. I would certainly recommend Jeremy to other vendors and will be utilising his services in the future. Thank you Jeremy and your great staff at Harcourts. It is a pleasure doing business with you.
