From our first enquiry which Jeremy replied to promptly through to a range of questions, inspections and the contract process and following Jeremy has been excellent to deal with.

We approached Open Agent was were given Jeremy's contact information along with two others. Jeremy was the last agent we spoke to. All three agents provided much of the same information and price range with prices for advertising and marketing being much the same. Where Jeremy differed was in his enthusiasm, his approach, his demeanor and the attitude that he could sell our house quite quickly. We were more comfortable with his 'can-do' approach than by the staid and cautious approach of his competitors. And it paid off. We received an offer virtually the first day the house was on the market. The next four weeks saw four other offers come in with an acceptance of an offer more suited to our circumstances.
