Jess has been very helpful from the start to end. Buying a house wasn't as daunting as I expected it to be. Jess answered all queries of a first home buyer. As a buyer, Jess was incredibly easy to deal with and not dismissive of young buyers unlike a large number of other agents. She was easy to get in touch with and happy to answer the silliest of questions from inexperienced buyers. Jess also put in extra effort to keep us informed throughout the entire settlement process. Overall we were very happy with the work and effort that Jess did in the process of selling our property. Sometimes our view were different to Jess but she took time to listen to them and agreed or provided good reasons to why she had a different view. The final outcome was considered good in the particular selling environment for that period and there is always a risk that you could have done better or worse if the property was kept on the market for longer.
