Avi was friendly and very professional, she was knowledgeable about the sales in the area. Avi went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and happy with the decisions that we had made, she kept us up to date and informed the whole way through the process of selling our home. I have to say of all the homes I have sold and all the real estate people I have worked with over the years, this beautiful lady is magical. Not only is she a great salesperson, but the love she shows to the people she is dealing with is unsurpassed . Thank you so much Avi I always knew you would do a wonderful job for me . I just love how you are always in contact walking me through what has happened in all the open houses . Thank you I am passing your name to everybody I know who is going to sell because of your unselfishness giving up so much of your personal time to sell my home XX Helen Karaka .

We are so grateful to have Avi as our real estate agent when trying to buy our first home for our family of six. Avi is very friendly, highly professional, and knowledgeable of the market in which she works and her communication skills are second to none. During the cooling-off period, our bank was taking longer than usual to process our unconditional approval which was very stressful, to say the least in the current housing market. Avi was in constant communication with us during this process and kept the confidence in the owners to stay with our family on the deal. She really worked hard for both parties to get the best outcome for their families and we are now happy owners for our new family home. Thanks for everything Avi, we couldn't have done it without ya :)
