I met Avi over a phone call after deciding to sell my interstate investment property , selling property was a new experience for me and i expected it to be harder to sell than buy . After a few discussions we entered the market , i felt really confident as Avi is a natural communicator who knew the area well and quickly got to know the property . Avi's dynamic approach had me informed of everything , keeping me aware of Tenant and Strata obligations even with a 3 hr time difference using email ,calls and SmS and all the while trying to solve the setbacks and overcome the obstacles that arose Perserverance and positive attitude secured a successful sale ! A great outcome Avi !
