Dealing with John and his team at Thornton Realty was outstanding. John kept us informed with every detail of the sale. I never had to call John once to find out what was happening, he always gave us updates as soon as he knew. I highly recommend John and the Thornton Realty team and I would definitely use them again.

Upfront, no ego, down to earth with no BS. Exactly what you want out of a real estate agent

John was extremely supportive and professional. Communication was excellent, keeping me up to date through the whole sales process. Highly recommend John and the team at Thornton Reality.

John was amazing from the get go. From the moment he walked in my front door to give us an evaluation on our property. He was clear, direct and very knowledgeable. He was always communication with us no matter what time of day. He held our hand and understood our fears and worked with us so we were comfortable in our choices. I cant recommend John enough. He absolutely went above and beyond to help us not only sell our home but secure our dream home also. Extremely happy we met John.

Dealing with John as a purchaser was a breath of fresh air as he is highly professional and good at his job. Unlike other operators in the area (especially big brand name franchises) who need to break the law, underquote and run dodgy silent auctions to sell anything.

John and Alana have been great and gone above and beyond - could not be happier with them - great work and great service

We chose Thornton Reality as our rental property in Rutherford was leased through them. We did the whole deal over the phone, didn’t need to go into the agency at all. First weekend of open house we had 4 offers, negotiated with the highest offer and the deal was done. No fuss, no drama, quick and easy. We have purchased and sold many properties over the years and this sale was by far the most efficient and streamlined. Thanks John, always a true professional gentleman with all our correspondence. John was able to assist us with a quick sale of 2 properties. His knowledge and experience with the area was extensive. Always kept us informed of developments and possible buyers Highly recommend

John was always professional and was always able to answer all my questions. He was very knowledgeable

House went on-line for sale on Thursday, open for inspection on Saturday, sold on Monday - 4 day turnaround, exceptional result. Were very pleased with the no fuss process. John communicated every day until the sale, then regularly afterwards. Very efficient and showed a very good market knowledge. Recommended by a family member and really lived up to expectations.

Very happy with John would recommend him to other buyers 👍

I found John to be an honest, straight shooter. He had good communication, we talked at least every other day and he answered any questions that came up. He had good local knowledge for pricing our house and the time it would take to sell. He was spot on in with both in the end. Most importantly he helped make it an easy sale. Thanks again John for all your help.
