We cannot recommend John highly enough, we had been searching for over a year for the perfect house for us. Over that year we bugged John so many times...nothing was ever an issue. Whenever there was any home close to our tick off list John was on the phone to us. Outstanding professionalism, he even talked to other agents when we found a house close to perfect. The day John phoned us and said he found a property that ticked all our boxes we knew that it was 99% going to our new home. On inspection John was 100% correct it ticked all our boxes and then some. Our property sold on the weekend of our first open house. John was available & proactive from the moment we signed an agreement with the agency. We loved the professional photographs, and the approach suggested by John to market the property resulted in many groups attending both of the open houses. We approached John Bradley to be our agent after he sold the house next door to us for an amazing price in a speedy time frame. Little did we know, he had so much more to offer. As the project progressed our confidence and delight increased. I believe we broke records for open house views and we were not disappointed when a lovely young family chose to build their family memories in the home that held 20+ years of our memories. Was it worth it? Yessssss! The cost of renovation and time was well repaid. We could not have done it without John and Matt, two fabulous agents. We are now set to move to the next phase of our lives.
I had an high quality and delightful experience during sale of my property. These factor enabled us to make decide to list our property with him. I was blown away about the accuracy of his assessment about the sale value of the property. The marketing and promotional strategies he formulated to maximise the sale value brought exceptional results for me (these were so different to others agents, i.e. other agents recommend approx. 15% less in sale value). He is very passionate about his work and puts in lots of effort to ensure that we got the best results in the sale process. John is a pleasure to work with. My experience is that he knows his stuff and can be relied on to guide you through all the issues in getting a good price for your house. He has a ton of energy and get stuff done! Happy with the solid, quick outcome his methods achieved. House sold in a week for I guess about $40K more than might have been achieved with an average agent.
