John listed our property with no compatible market sales at what turned out to be a difficult sales period. Great communication with us and left us wanting for nothing when it came to what was happening with our investment property. He was able to achieve the price that we had asked for and worked hard, with multiple open homes and working through the logistical problems of a tenanted property. Having bought and sold with John Bradly, we cannot speak highly enough of the service provided with both transactions. After buying our family home from John, we knew if the time ever came to sell, he would be our agent. When we eventually made the decision to sell, John updated us on what was happening in our area market wise, what we could do to maximise our sale price and even answered all our questions on the new house we were buying (he was much more helpful than the selling agents of that home despite John having absolutely nothing to gain from this).
