John Bradley and Matt Biggs of Place Aspley were very professional and knowledgeable to deal with whilst selling our home. As John is a local resident he knows the McDowall market back to front and has a very thorough understating of what is achievable. Both John and Matt communicated clear and concise strategies and executed them perfectly. They listened to our needs and capabilities around open homes and always looked after our best interests. Their was no question about Johns commitment to us as he even gave us updates from his overseas holiday regarding the interest of our property! John and Matt are a great team! Highly recommend! Dealing with John and Matt was a pleasure. They both made me feel very comfortable with the whole selling experience, keeping me well advised all the way through. Both very professional and most helpful. Thank you for everything guys. Mary

John and Matt know Bridgeman Downs and McDowall market better than any other agent I have met. They are a great team and worked tirelessly to help sell our place for the price we were after.

John was great throughout the sale process - he knows the local market like the back of his hand. He was a great communicator whilst we were marketing, and when it came to the negotiation and sale process John was really really top class. We are hugely thankful for all the hard work that John and his team put in, and we are very happy with the great result!

John offered, and provided, a really professional service that delivered results! We were so impressed with his knowledge and his commitment to open and effective communication throughout the selling process. We learnt heaps along the way. Thanks so much John! Roz and Andrew

John listed our property with no compatible market sales at what turned out to be a difficult sales period. Great communication with us and left us wanting for nothing when it came to what was happening with our investment property. He was able to achieve the price that we had asked for and worked hard, with multiple open homes and working through the logistical problems of a tenanted property. Would recommend John and we would use him for future sales of our properties. Thanks again John!!

Having bought and sold with John Bradly, we cannot speak highly enough of the service provided with both transactions. After buying our family home from John, we knew if the time ever came to sell, he would be our agent. When we eventually made the decision to sell, John updated us on what was happening in our area market wise, what we could do to maximise our sale price and even answered all our questions on the new house we were buying (he was much more helpful than the selling agents of that home despite John having absolutely nothing to gain from this). John touched base with us every day to keep us updated and worked (what seemed to be 24 hours a day!) to secure us a solid contract with a great price quickly. Having sold several homes prior to this, and having dealt with numerous other agents, we cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism displayed by John and his team. What can be an incredibly stressful time, was made a breeze. Thankyou John and the Place Aspley team! A call to John Bradley is the right call to make.

We decided to go with John after an unsuccessful 4 months with a previous agent. From the get-go John was passionate and knowledgeable in marketing my house for sale. He constantly kept me up to date with all inspections and advising of possible strategies in encouraging potential buyers. After a slight issue prior to settlement , John was quick to rectify the issue in order to make the sale go through. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend John and his team. He has an excellent market knowledge and extensive experience. My family found him a reassuring and efficient presence in a stressful time. We were very happy with the sale and the advice we received. John is a local and does volunteer work for the community- a great guy!

Friendly, helpful & all around very easy to deal!

John went above and beyond to keep us informed throughout the process. Little things like arranging access to the property pre-settlement and intimate knowledge of the local area made it a seamless process. Thank you John!

John assisted with our sale. His assistance was much appreciated and we achieved the result. He’s well known for his knowledge in the area. Thank-you John
