Absolutely Elated with the efforts of John Bradley and co - after our house being on the market for 3 months with another agent & with utter failure John was able to provide us with multiple offers on the first open - the house was SOLD after being on the market for 3 days! Guaranteed success With an extremely professional manner!
We would recommend John to sell any property. This is the second time we have used him to sell. His professionalism & enthusiasm for his job is second to none. He's a great negotiator & got us a price that was above and beyond our expectations. Thanks John
Sorry it has taken a while to get back to you, we have just been enjoying the house. Thank you John for a smooth service, and your help in bringing the settlement forward to the 18th, you made things just fall into place. even though it was so near Christmas it was still stress free , and all we had to do was move in and enjoy the place. Would recommend you to any one selling or buying your calm influence made our buying a house a pleasure. Just loving the house
Two years ago I purchased a house from John, and had a seamless experience. Today I just settled sale of the same house, with John as the agent. He achieved a great sale price, and the customer service was excellent. I was out of the country for settlement, and John went out of his way to handle everything in my absence. I would recommend him to others, and would engage him again in the future.
This was not a straight forward property to sell and there were many people involved with the sale. His communication skills were excellent and all parties were well informed throughout the process. He was a tremendous help in enabling the property to be presented in the best possible way to achieve a great outcome. I would be very happy to use him again!
John did a brilliant job of negotiating with 3 family members who had differing ideas about the value of the property, what had to be done to sell it etc and he had excellent professional behaviour at all times. In particular he had great communication skills and made sure all 3 family members were appraised of updates.
I am very happy we chose John to sell our townhouse. John provided good advice, is friendly, helpful and does his job well. He sold our townhouse for a very good price, for which we are grateful. I would recommend John to anyone.
We were referred to John from a friend who was happy with how the sale of their place went. John went above and beyond what I was expecting of him. He made contact with me on a daily basis to keep me informed throughout the sale process. I will be utilising his services to sell another home, no questions asked.
John was empathetic, had a good understanding of the market and great ideas about marketing the property. He was attentive to detailand to ensuring we were fully informed about progress with the sale. His communication to us and to potential purchasers was straight forward, open and timely. He worked hard to sell the property. We were pleased with the result and have already recommended him to others selling property in Fig Tree Pocket.
