His professionalism and knowledge was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for him to help us out. Having not been through the real estate process for many years, it was wonderful that he was so efficient and able to step us through the process easily and so we understood everything that was going on.
Jordan was great to work with, right from the first inspection to the day of settlement and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble and he only wanted what was best for both sides of the sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Jordan to anyone needing to buy or sell a house. AMAZING SERVICE!
Jordan's market experience guided us on our home sale journey to achieve a fast sale and quite good financial outcome. His friendly personality and good communication gave us confidence in the sale process. I would recommend Jordan to anyone looking at selling their property.
This was the first time I was selling my home. Jordon had answered every question I had and eased my stress and had organised every detail! I had actually forgotten I was selling my property. Jordon has excellent knowledge and pricing of the Evanston Park area; I received an offer that was way above what I had thought I was going to receive. If you’re buying or selling, I would highly recommend Jordon’s experience and expertise of the local area.
From the very first moment I made contact with Jordan, he was totally professional (with the odd spot of humour thrown in) which made me feel very comfortable. He demonstrated first class knowledge of the home and surrounding suburbs. On the day of the inspection he walked me through the process of submitting an offer. He also supported me through the harrowing wait for loan approval, answering my texts with patience and good humour. If I ever sell this property, Jordan will be the first person I contact and I will be certainly recommending him to mu friends and family if they need to engage the services of an agent. A credit to Harcourts. Thank you Jordan.
Jordan absolutely is the best in the business. After acting as vendor on 3 past properties, Jordan surpassed his successes with this most recent sale of our beloved Bowman House. Service and knowledge is exemplary. A consummate professional and a fabulous people person who knows his business and makes sure his clients and their properties are represented with honesty, commitment and care. Thank you Jordan for the most amazing outcome with a sale beyond anything we could have hoped for.
Jordan made this process so easy and stress free that i will never use anyone else to sell a house. He is super polite and very professional, there is no messing around or games being played, he gets the job done fast and effieciently. I would 10/10 recommend him to anyone buying or selling a house. Thankyou very much Jordan.
Jordan was amazing to deal with, he was very helpful and had excellent communication.
I cannot recommend Jordan more highly. We have never dealt with a more professional, honest, helpful agent. He is second to none. He has been honest with us all the way along on our expectations and the commissions. We spoke to a few agents during the journey to sell but we knew we had found a Gem in Jordan. He had sold a house for a friend and she could not have recommended him more highly. She was right. It was extremely important to us that we had someone we could trust because we were moving interstate. Every step of the way he has kept us informed from the dressing of the house to the open house, the number of interested potential buyers and those he felt were really interested. When we were unsure of how to proceed and he guided us through the process. He helped us with an exceptional painter, floor and carpet cleaner and gardener. Our house sold within a week and he got us a price over our expectations. A huge thank you to Jordan. You could never find a better agent.
Jordan's knowledge of the local market and his professionalism throughout was exceptional. His communication has been excellent and he made the whole process very easy. Our home was under contract in less than a week of being on the market and Jordan achieved a great result for us. Thanks for all your hard work Jordan, much appreciated!
Jordan is a very professional, friendly and exceptional agent. His communication is fantastic, he has great knowledge of the area, and the house was sold pre-market, very happy with the result indeed. We are return clients, and once again selling was a seamless and enjoyable experience. Thank you!
Jordans attention to detail, and expert advice ensured our house presented perfectly to potential buyers - and thanks to Jordan our house sold in 11 days for the price we wanted! Jordan made sure to always keep us updated and we were never left wondering what was happening. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother process - if we ever need to sell again, we’ll be calling JV!
