Knowledge of area and sale prices were spot on. Communication throughout the process was just right. Every time we thought we needed to talk Jordan ended up contacting us first. The price range for the sale was also spot on with us getting to the top of our price bracket and only taking 1 open to get it. If we ever sell again we will be using Jordan.
house sold on first open. Jordan read the market perfectly. Took all his suggestions on board Thank you so much
jordan was professional and very informative in regards to the market. During the challenge of covid he never gave up and got the job done. Would highly recommend to others and have.
Jordan is very easy going, easily contactable for a very smooth professional transition into our new home. Thank you again. 👍🏼
We are extremely happy with Jordan and the service he provided He has gone above and beyond getting us what we wanted and has followed through with us every step of the way We would highly recommend Jordan to our family and friends
Selling our house with Harcourts, during unprecedented times, Jordan delivered on his promises. Jordan told us he would sell our house for what we wanted, in the time we needed it sold, to move forward on purchasing our next home. He reassured us and spent a lot of extra time to ease concerns. We recommend Jordan to anyone wanting a professional, honest agent.
Jordan told us everything we needed to know about the house we wanted to buy and even educated me on things to know when looking at houses. He was very prompt and professional with all his communication with us and we really appreciate all the effort he went into helping us secure our home!
Cannot recommend Jordan enough, he has been fantasic through out our sale and previous sale. Very polite, understanding, friendly and also honest. We have been looking for a year for the right house and Jordan helped us find it! Highly recommended to buy or sell from Overall 10/10 🙂
From the very beginning Jordan showed excellent knowledge of the market and great customer service. His friendly go getter attitude made him the best person to entrust with selling our house. Even despite having to deal with the restrictions and changing circumstances surrounding COVID Jordan was flexible and always kept us update with what was going on. Despite the uncertainty we felt confident Jordan would get the result we wanted, and he did. Would highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking to sell their house.
"We received many valuations and presentations from other agents and selected Jordan due to his very good track record and experience. Our 1 acre property with house and separate granny flat at Munno Para West proved to be unique in the market and required extensive advertising by Jordan. Due to his dedication and commitment to getting a positive result for us, we would highly recommend utilising his knowledge and ability to get results.”
Jordan has been fantastic from the get go. His market knowledge & experience made it a no brainier for him to list our blocks. Jordan has always provided us with updates throughout the sale making it easy for us through this process.
