We were very pleased with the way Jordan walked us through the whole process of selling our house. The hints on presentation assisted us in getting the right look and spacious feel. We also found him to have the right balance between being very professional but also very friendly. He communicated all information to us and we never felt that we didn't know what was happening. We felt that he achieved a good price in a minimum amount of time. I would definitely recommend Jordan for selling your property.

This is the second time we have used Jordan as our agent selling property within a short period of time and once again did not disappoint with finding a buyer at the right price. We highly recommend Jordan to anyone thinking of selling who needs an innovative proactive agent.

I found Jordan extremely easy to deal with. He was extremely professional at all times and his knowledge and friendly personality help to secure a good deal for all parties.

We are extremely happy with Jordans professionalism, courtesy and knowledge of the market. Amanda and I would not hesitate to use or recomend Jordan again in future dealings. He is now our "go to guy" in the industry. Cheers, John Vickery

Jordan was extremely helpful and pretty much covered everything so I didn’t feel like I needed to ask many more questions.

I have dealt with a few real estate agents prior to Jordan, and none have come close to the quality that Jordan provides. From day one he was in regular contact and was out at the property giving open inspections and suggesting ways to improve marketability. A very professional service and I highly recommend him to anyone.

Jordan is a genius His communication skills and negotiating is second to none. Jordan does his homework and knows how to use ALL the marketing methods. To add to the deal Jordan is a great guy to deal with😃

Jordan is an agent who goes above and beyond all expectations. We found him to be full of integrity with such a passion for Real Estate which shows in his ethics. The lines of communication were always open and we now consider him to be a highly regarded friend. Would highly recommend Jordan to anyone looking for an agent who has your best interests at heart and never gives up.

I do believe it takes longer to sell units but to get it sold quickly we had to settle for a much lesser price which is the only thing I wasn't really happy with but I followed Jordans lead and did what he suggested and we did get it sold. He was always courteous and always in contact with us and we had no issues with him and had full trust in Jordan it was a pleasure to have him as our agent.

We chose Jordan based on his presence in the marketplace and recent sales results. Jordan sold our house with in a week and maintained excellent communication during the whole process. We will certainly recommend Jordan
