I do believe it takes longer to sell units but to get it sold quickly we had to settle for a much lesser price which is the only thing I wasn't really happy with but I followed Jordans lead and did what he suggested and we did get it sold. He was always courteous and always in contact with us and we had no issues with him and had full trust in Jordan it was a pleasure to have him as our agent.
