I have found working with Jordan in selling my house has been a delight and a pleasure. I was given Jordan's name by my friend who suggested if I was ever selling hes the one to use and she was so right. He is motivated enthusiastic and couldn't do enough to make it work for me. I live 3 hours away and a busy job I needed some one on the ground who could get things organised easily and Jordan was there. He communicated easily by phone text or email and kept me in the picture at all time. He also came on his Saturday off to drop in some keys when we were locked out . Initially Jordan did his job adequately but shortly after signing the contract we became aware of a non disclosure issue by the vendor for which we obtained legally binding documentation proving that our specific questions had been answered dishonestly. Jordan's communication from that point on became extremely limited and his support and integrity, non existent. If you want to sell your house through an agent that will support dishonesty, then Jordan is your person. If however you want to buy a house through a supportive agent when problems arise, then look elsewhere or you too will be heading to Court to recover cost for repairs from Vendors while Mr Varley sits back counting his commission. Not only has Jordan let us down, in our opinion he has let down the Harcourt's brand and the Real Estate industry in general. Interestingly, REISSA agrees with us.

She made what can be a stressful experience an absolute unique and stressless experience as she was attentive to our needs as well as representing the vendors resulting in a successful outcome for all.
