Each every individual from Josh's team was absolutely supportive and skillful. I had been in auctions with Freedom multiple times and enjoyed the experience very much. They helped us find the dream house and were always there during the process.

This is the second house that Josh and his team have sold for us. This one was more complicated as we are currently overseas and all communications was done electronically or over the phone. A lot needed to be done to the house to get it ready but Josh and Gary took this project on. They provided excellent advice and kept us informed every step of the way. This was a one stop shop from refurbishing (including managing all the trades) through marketing and then the auctioning of the property. I could not have wished for better professional service and being overseas with all this happening I was not once concerned. If I was selling or buying again their is only one agency I would go to that is Josh and his team at Freedom Properties.

When my husband and I decided to sell our unit in Cleveland we looked at what agents had sold properties in our complex and the previous two sales were by Josh Sherwood and his team from Freedomproperty Central. Our contribution to the campaign was to ensure that the unit was presented in the best possible way to assist the marketing team of Jake Sherwood and Maddy Sloan, who conducted open homes in an efficient and friendly manner. The mrsell team use technology in a very effective manner in communicating with us, and promoting the property using all of the social media options, letter box drops, and internet sites to expose the property to as wide a market as possible. The mrsell team organisation is very sophisticated, which includes not only the selling group but also the behind the scenes admin group who ensure that all the various compliance requirements are dealt with such as contract preparations, statutory provisions like smoke alarm requirements are dealt with in a timely manner. The whole campaign by Freedomproperty Central and Josh and his mrsell team has run extremely smoothly. At no stage have we felt out of the loop and the consultations with us have been informative, respectful and highly professional. We are extremely appreciative of the hard work by Josh and his team and we have thoroughly enjoyed the experience with Freedomproperty Central and the mrsell team, and we have no hesitation in recommending Josh and his fantastic group to any potential sellers in the future, as well as to buyers. And we sold at auction.
