This is the 3rd property we have sold with Josh & Jake Sherwood and their team. We just can't fault them - they work for you but give you solid advice on how the market is at the time. I wouldn't use another Real Estate Team.

We personally dealt with Jake Sherwood, he was amazing. So friendly and inviting. So accomodating to our schedules to view houses. He was transparent and very professional. Couldn’t recommend Jake enough! When we finally found our home, he worked beyond the 9-5 usual hours to accomodate us shift workers in contract exchange etc, and made himself available at all hours. We had been searching for a home in Brisbane for a few months, and met a lot of real estate agents, I can confidentially say Jake was the best of them. I wish him all the best in his career, and if we sell or purchase in the future we will definitely source Jake out again.

Positives: Results driven team, excellent communicators upfront and experts in the area. We knew exactly what was happening upfront and when and turnaround from initial meeting to first open home was very fast. Room for Improvement: We often didn't know who was coming to what inspections until day of, and as our confidence was initially with Josh, we then needed to settle into any others, (which we did). We also noticed the communication and proximity dropped off once campaign was underway. That said, this was only our feeling and ultimately we were very happy with the outcome and fast close and that any emotional journey comes second to a successful result.
