No question was not answered in a language that we understood. Every step was laid out in a way that our mum could understand. They were courteous with the scheduling of things to be done, made sure that mum was alright moving forward, and never pushed or rushed her into making a decision. At no point did mum feel like she wasn't in a position to be able to call Ayla or Ally and ask questions. At the end of the process, mum not only achieved the result she was wanting but came away with a new sense of confidence knowing that she was able to make decisions.
