Good initially, but felt let down in the end.
Felt happy we chose Ayla at the start. Our house was a renovator, but we all knew that at the start. Ayla advised us not to renovate the kitchen or paint. Just decluttering deep cleaning and gardening. In the end we moved and the property was vacant. Arrangements were made for cleaning and gardening. Ayla knew the contractors personally and vouched for their work. We felt it very unprofessional to state this as it made it seem she was getting work for friends. Once the pest and building report was done, Ayla started pointing out all the problems with the property, some of which we knew already. But when potential buyers came to look at the property one of which she stated that they were going to make an offer, she told them to read the pest and building report and sleep on it before they made their offer. This of course put up a big red flag about the issues with our property. They decided not to put in an offer. She then started pointing out that the kitchen needed replacing and all the other problems and that the price we were hoping for was not achievable. We lowered our price. We have looked at properties worse than ours and the agent didn't wave the building report at us telling us to look at it before we made an offer. We felt she was putting the buyer before us. We felt very let down and angry in the end. Ayla has potential and is a lovely person, but she is very young and has a lot to learn. She talks a lot when she is trying to justify something. We would not recommend her.
