Good knowledge of this villa complex and the area. Understood what we were looking for and the area we would like to live in plus our budget. Would have been nice if Ayla had have got my husband's name right - Reg not Rod. Was disappointed when picking up keys on settlement that the garage button was in need of replacement - most buttons didn't work and battery just about flat - Property Manager should have seen to this before handing over to Ayla.
