Initial conversation with Ayla was welcoming with a meeting organised to view the property the following day (Prompt and accomodating) Greeted by a big smile and a firm handshake Ayla opened the doors to our "could be home." She left us to scope out the house and answered any questions we had, with local knowledge of the area she advised a few things of interest to both myself and my fiancé (Schools, shops etc) We told Ayla that once we have confirmation of finance we could negotiate on purchase price subject to the vendors approval. Negotiations were straight forward and within 2 days we had a firm price, our offer was accepted shortly after. Ayla remained highly professional throughout the buying process and was accommodating with all queries we had, I would highly recommend her to assist with purchasing your 1st or tenth home. I recently purchased a rental property through Ayla. As part of the " negotiations" I was offered a 3 month "free" rental period. I was informed we had to sign up for year at 7.7%, which in all the small print, which I missed on signing. Ayla was informed on various occasions, verbally, on email and text message that I only wanted at 3 month rental agreement .She seems to have missed passing this information on to the Letting Department several times. Ayla never took the time, nor had the inclination to step in to resolve this matter as for the sale was " done and dusted". I look forward to breaking this "arrangement" the coming New Year. Work of caution, get any offer during negotiations in writing to avoid been miss led.
