This is the second home Katrina has sold for me. From the start Katrina has been honest, interested and always available to listen to any queries I had. The description of the property and the photos were amazing. Katrina worked extremely hard to sell the house, always with a second plan if needed. Katrina is so professional, always happy and obliging to get the very best outcome. Thank you so very much. 😊😆

Katrina was highly organised from our first meeting, she made the listing happen quickly and her communication skills were outstanding.

Katrina, and her team, helped with the recent sale of our house quickly, and efficiently. Nothing was too much, or too hard for them. Katrina was always quick to ring and inform us of any new information, well done!.

Katrina was selected as I wanted a strong, feminine agent to whom I could relate to. She was exactly that and more. Katrina's professional demeanor assisted with the property sales process, her knowledge gave me confidence with making decisions, her patience with me as a vendor was very much appreciated especially due to selling whilst I was pregnant. The female touch to this process gave me comfort in a time where forced decisions had to be made to sell my biggest asset. We remained on the same page throughout the whole proceeding. I would highly recommend Katrina if you are looking for a realty specialist for the sale of your home or investment.

From the word go, Katrina showed she was the complete professional, no fuss get the job done. I felt she was always honest and straight talking. And her knowledge of the property market was spot on.

I had the pleasure of working with Katrina Arkley from Arkley & Co, selling my property and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From start to finish, Katrina went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Katrina professionalism, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of the market made all the difference in helping me sell my home. What stood out the most was Katrina’s dedication to understanding my needs. She listened attentively, answered every question with patience, and provided insightful advice that helped me navigate the complexities of selling. Her expert negotiation skills also ensured I got the end result required for me to purchase my next property. I truly felt that Katrina had my best interests at heart, and she made the entire process feel effortless. Her communication was always prompt, clear, and transparent, which gave me peace of mind throughout the transaction. I also appreciated Katrina’s willingness to go the extra mile, whether it was scheduling open homes to suit my busy schedule, providing recommendations for services, or simply offering reassurance during moments of uncertainty. If you’re looking for a real estate agent who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, and genuinely cares about your success, I highly recommend Arkley & Co. Katrina made what could have been a stressful process an absolute joy. Thank you for everything! Wendy

Katrina was exactly the agent I was hoping for with her professionalism, local knowledge and communication. Quick to respond and couldn't be more helpful. I couldn't recommend her enough.

Been a very busy year for me buying commercial property To set myself and family up for later in life so having to down size our family home to do so was rather stressful at the beginning but Katrina made things as smooth sailing and always stayed confident for us.

My initial impression of Katrina was that she was shrewd, yet honest. She gave excellent advice, targeted the property marketing perfectly, negotiated very successfully with multiple potential purchasers, and helped make the whole process very smooth. I would recommend Katrina to anybody.

I have now had the enjoyment of working with Katrina Arkley of Arkley & Co twice in Hobart. I didn’t hesitate in contacting her again for real estate advice and then professionally engaging her company. She made herself available every day of the week to chat, advise and take instructions from me which is invaluable as a single older person. Her professionalism and astute thoughts were comforting and reassuring. I wish Arkley & Co all the best.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Katrina to sell our apartment, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. This is the second time we’ve had the opportunity to sell a property with her, and we wouldn’t do it any other way. Katrina and her team are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. She provided excellent advice, kept us informed at every step, and made the whole experience stress-free. Thanks to her hard work, our property sold quickly and at a good price.
