I cannot speak highly enough of the time and effort that Katrina put into the purchasing of the property and a short time later the sale of the property after renovations. The advice and constant communication was definitely the key to us exceeding our expectations on the sale of the property. I would not hesitate to recommend Katrina or use her in the future. Regards Kevin and Jill.

Katrina immediately stood out from the crowd with her down to Earth, friendly approach, easy and honest communication and clear understanding of the local market. Katrina was always happy to collaborate with us and answer our many questions, which removed all the stress from selling. We were interstate too, which added an extra level of complexity, but Katrina and her team expertly ensured the whole process was smooth. Katrina is an excellent and highly professional agent and we are very happy with the final outcome - we highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their property.

We decided to use Katrina to sell our property after having a great experience purchasing a property from her the year before. We have had a great experience with Katrina and the Arkley and Co team selling our property. Katrina is easy to communicate with and knowledgeable about the property market.

Katrina was everything that she said that would be and that is so unusual in real estate. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I have worked with Katrina twice. The first time as a tenant in a home she was selling. Her respect and communication with us regarding viewings and other intrusions impressed me. When it came time to sell my own home, after a separation, she came out trumps. I was stunned when she showed a person through and had an excellent offer in process even before the house was officially on the market. Her professional curtesy, articulate write up of our home and her respect in communicating with both me and my ex-partner has made selling our home a smooth and satisfying experience. Katrina’s knowledge of real estate combined with her skill as a communicator show a high level of professionalism. I highly recommend her business and would not hesitate to contact her again if I am ever in need of a real estate agent.

I can highly recommend Katrina as your next agent. I have sold and brought a few houses with Katrina now, and her professionalism and work ethic is second to none. She gets the job done with minimal stress to her vendors and her many years of experience shines through.

Katrina Arkley recently sold my Lindisfarne property. At all times I found her to be friendly, efficient and kept me informed on the progress of the sale. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling,

Katrina is very professional, easy to communicate with and achieved the price I was after. Nice personality that would present well to potential buyers
