Really disappointed in the service. Happy to take commission but treated us at handover as insignificant. Would not meet at property to handover keys instead had to drive an hour out of my way to pick them up an office. No thankyou card or gift. Property was left totally dirty; the previous owners even left their dirty laundry for us and about 30 cockroach old baits lying in different rooms. I requested several fixes at pre inspection which were all ignored.
