We have sold with Kelly 3 times, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Kelly gets great results outside of her "local" area too, cause let's face it, it's all Real Estate! It's about good marketing, good open homes, great follow up, rapport building and finally excellent negotiation skills. Our best interests were prioritised, throughout the entire process. Our property was a bit more difficult to sell, being an unfinished project, and it required a very experienced negotiator and communicator to get it to the finish line. Kelly's advice and the experience she has to draw from, over the many years in Real Estate, was not only comforting and reassuring, but also responsible for getting us a great result. We spent a few months in the market before purchasing and were exposes to a number of real estate agents. What impressed is with Kelly and the team was their speed, attention to detail and management of the sales process. Kelly was both at the open homes and managed the negotiation (which is a tall order for many agents in the area). We were followed up immediately on the day of the inspection and then provided updates over Saturday evening, Sunday and with a signed contract on Monday.
