We both cannot recommend Keryn and her team enough. We bought a property through Keryn and found working with her so easy (easier than with our own brokers and conveyancers!) She was always available to answer questions and help us where possible. If we ever come to sell, we know who we will be calling!

Keryn is a genuine and lovely person who is great to deal with. She knows the market well and works with you to meet your needs and answer any questions you may have. Keryn helped us to come up with the best timing and plan for putting our house on the market. As a result, the outcome was brilliant!!! I'll go back to Keryn for any property needs I have in the future.

Once again Keryn and the Sold Property Group team have provided professional and exceptional service in the selling of our latest renovation/flipping project. Keryn and her local market experience allowed us to select the right property, convert the property without overcapitalizing and to meet the market requirement. On top of this the team provided an flawless staging and marketing campaign that allowed us to maximize our returns even during lockdown conditions. If you are looking to buy or sell a property Keryn and Sold Property Group are the only choice.

As a buyer Keryn was easy to communicate with, quick to respond and seek clarification with sellers if we had any questions. Great service.

Keryn is extremely well versed with the property market in the Belmont area. At our initial meeting, Keryn explained how the market is currently working, outlined strategies I could adopt to market my home, what would potentially work best for me. This was entirely up to me as to how I would proceed. Keryn is a true professional, respectful, trustworthy, and very pleasant to work with. Although guided along with her expertise, I placed my confidence with Keryn knowing the sale of my home was in excellent hands.

It’s been 12 months since I visited Keryn to say we we’re moving. I was very emotional and our timelines were tight! We knew about Keryn because we’d seen her smiling face around and months earlier I had asked her for some tips on improving the value of our home- at that time I was clear we had no intention to sell, and Keryn happily came over to spend time and share her advice with us. So making the decision of which real estate agent to go with was easy, but little did we know then just how wonderful she would be. With Keryn’s guidance, two weeks later our beautiful home was for Sale & four weeks after that we were packed up and moving south. Keryn’s unwavering commitment, professionalism, optimism and kindness soothed our stress and answered all our questions. Her communication was second to none & honestly, we trusted her and felt like we found a friend in her! We were honoured to have her showcasing our home, we were proud of the way it presented and Keryn also presents so well! We knew we were asking a lot of our agent, and we were ambitious with our price & Keryn worked tirelessly and executed everything with precision and within the timeline. It is Tingalpa’s privilege to have such a first class agent working in the area, contracting Keryn to sell your home will be the wisest decision you’ll make at a time when it’s needed the most! Good luck!

Keryn was extremely helpful with the sale of a family home under some difficult circumstances. Keryn conducts herself in a extremely professional manor and was great do deal with from start to end. Keryns knowledge of the area we where selling in was second to none and i would highly recommend her in the future. Thanks again Keryn

Keryn has now sold 2 houses for us and I would never go to another agent. She is professional, friendly, helpful and her communication with us was outstanding! Her knowledge and ability to bring out the best with each and every property is outstanding. I have no doubt that the success of this sale was totally 100% because of Keryn.

Keryn is fantastic to deal with realistic and a true professional

Keryn was so wonderful with the sale if our house. This was the first property we had sold and she walked us through every step. We were beyond happy with the final price and the whole process.

Great pre-listing advice to ensure we went to market to maximise our sale price. Throughout the super quick sale process Keryn kept us informed at every step and kept the contract milestones stress free.

We are so grateful for Keryn, who guided us through the sale of our first home. She was confident, clear and informative throughout and provided us with market insights that allowed us to set realistic expectations. Keryn was always contactable and ensured that we were updated every step along the way. She was dedicated to achieving high results and we would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent in the area. Thank you, Keryn!
