I can not overstate how brilliant Keryn was with us. She understood our needs and worked with us to make our home market ready. Keryn made it as easy as possible in what can sometimes be a stressful situation. Keryn is a marketing expert, she is a people expert and she is a sales expert. Keryn will now always be MY Agent and go to.

Working with Keryn was a seamless process. She had her finger on the market pulse, was very well aware of the sales trends in our local area, and was extremely patient with explaining the steps involved with putting up our property for sale. Her team and network of tradies were excellent and together we worked towards presenting our property to maximise its appeal to prospective buyers. We want to thank Keryn for her fantastic attitude, for being trustworthy, for going the extra step in getting us the right buyer and making the process a rather enjoyable one for us.

Keryn has been a pleasure to work with while selling our place . Keryn was very professional and upfront regarding what was required to do prior to listing it for sale which maximise our sale price at the end of the day. We highly recommend Keryn 👍👍

Selling my house with Keryn was an excellent decision. Keryn's enthusiasm and easy going nature made me feel at ease during the sale process. Keryn assisted with staging my house for photos, was always contactable and had my best interests at heart. We achieved two cash offers after the first open home! I would highly recommend Keryn and Sold Property group for your real estate needs.

Keryn is an absolutely amazing agent. She helped sell our property off market, without any advertising costs, after two unsuccessful attempts prior. She has great people skills and is always there when you need her. Keryn is extremely easy to work with and she does an enormous amount of work behind the scenes so that you don’t have to worry about anything. Her knowledge and professional is outstanding and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy or sell their property.

We have been working with Keryn for several years across multiple property projects, both buying and selling, and as always Keryn delivered on this one. The advice, ideas and professionalism Keryn contributed along the way definitely increased our sale price above expectations. Sold Property Group provide the total package from initial appraisal through staging and styling, marketing and negotiations. Looking forward to the next project with Keryn.

When we decided to list our property for sale, we met with 3 different agents. Keryn was the 3rd agent we met with and we knew straight away that we wanted to go with her. Keryn’s professionalism and knowledge of the local property market is second to none. She achieved a higher than expected sale price for us in less than a week. If you’re looking to sell your property in the Tingalpa / Belmont area the you simply must meet with Keryn!

Keryn was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the area and buyers.

As first time sellers we were nervous about what to do and expect. Keryn walked us through each step and was professional, clear and most importantly honest. It really felt like our hands were being held through the full process. Her marketing complimented the emotion we felt for the house. She just ‘got us’. On top of this, the quality of offers she obtained for our home had us in tears of joy. I could not recommend Keryn more to anyone and everyone wanting to both buy or sell property.

Sure the market is hot, but having heard about Keryn’s local reputation, we decided to give her a go. Never for a moment did we feel like our property was less important because it was “just an unrenovated townhouse” She was on time. Followed through as promised. Everything explained properly. Straightforward & sensible advice. Never felt like she was just trying to make a sale. Her assistant was super helpful too. We had multiple offers, and when our good offer looked like falling over, her guidance meant we held another open house, and ended up with a record price. Her advice to help us purchase our new home has been invaluable too. Can’t recommend more highly. Worth every cent of the commission paid.

Keryn is a local legend and highly recommended for your next house sale in the Eastern suburbs of Brisbane. From our first meeting with Keryn, it was an easy choice to select Sold Property Group for managing the sale of our house. Keryn's expansive market knowledge and a multi-faceted approach to the entire sales process gave us a result better than what we hoped for. With an eye for detail, Keryn gave us confidence in her abilities to sell our home as though it were her own, along with some excellent tips and advice for presentation.

Keryn not only sold our place for a great price she went above and beyond organising tradesmen to help out the finishing touches on my home before sale. I couldn't recommend Keryn more to sell your home. She definitely knows what she is doing and is connected to tradespeople who can help and fast.
