Bailey mislead me in the contract the negotiations which has cost me in interest, has not arranged a final inspection during daylight hours so I can’t actually view the property and the property is not up to building code. Beware if you are buying unit 3 or his Fletcher street listing. The vendor is very difficult to deal with and underhanded.
