Luke had great knowledge of our area and wonderful insight into who our prospective buyers might be. He was always available along with his team with any questions we had. He was very punctual with any arranged meetings and communicted well with us keeping us constantly updated during the actual sale. He was very engaging and negotiated well for us so we have no hesitation in reccomending him to future clients.

Where do I start! I first meet Luke as a buyer and was impressed straight away - not only did he take the time to explain Frankston end to end then (when he did not need to) he’s intimate knowledge was clear straight away. I went with O’Brien to manage the property purely because of Luke. When it came time to sell, the decision to go with Luke was a no brainer.
