As we live nearly 600 kilometres away from Frankston we required help with various aspects of the property to enable it to be sold i.e. someone to stage the home, a painter, carpet cleaner, rubbish removal and cleaners. Before the next agent arrived (1 hour gap) we received telephone calls and made appointments to see Kaylean Rose from Inner Spirit Styling (magnificent person and what a job she and Amelia completed on the home - it went to another level) and Steve the painter (great guy and turned out to be a fantastic painter). Remember here that we hadn't actually signed them up, we didn't make a decision until 2 days later, yet here we were receiving telephone calls and making appointments with people on a Saturday to come to see us and help out! Not only are John and Bailey great with people, they are in step with the market. First open day on a Saturday - 19 couples - price indicator pretty spot on - offer made on Monday following - property SOLD on Tuesday evening! And yes sold for a price that we were delighted to receive. We have conversed with Bailey and John many times and they have responded superbly each time, sometimes they were just doing us a little favour due to the distance that we live away.
