Bailey helped the reviewer sell this property

Highly recommend this guy!

I would like to commend Bailey and John for their work in selling my home. Always presentable, contactable and always kept me in the loop with what was going on. Even if there wasn't much going on! Given the tough market, and my expectations of what my house was worth, Bailey was honest and upfront with me, and after following his advise of lowering my price slightly, he got me just shy of what I was hoping for. Not bad given my personal valuation of my home was based on an early 2018 market! A+
