I first met Barry about April/May 2015 after being introduced by a mutual friend.I owned a 2 bedroomed townhouse style apartment in Willoughby and a beautiful 3bedroom/3bathroom house in the Hunter Valley.For varying personal reasons,I wanted to sell both properties.My townhouse had been rented out for a couple of years,so wasn't in the pristine condition that I had left it in and the estate agent that had taken over managing it ,left a lot to be desired. Barry went above and beyond to sell our Blue Mountains cottage to the right buyer at the right price.
