Soon after getting the regional visa (489), we were looking for a house in Pakenham. We went to see the property in March 2016 with Barry's name on the sale notice. We called Barry and he took 15 minutes to reach the place and showed us the house thoroughly. This is the first house we saw and we immediately liked the house and told Barry that we will come back with an offer. Eventually we agreed to a negotiated price and bought the property as the house was very near to the primary school and Caridinia Road train station. Although the settlement process was smooth but in some instances we had difficulty in reaching Barry as he may be busy with other clients. We informed Barry that we are interested to buy all the furnitures if the owner is interested to sell them. Finally we learnt that only few items valuing $1,000 is left for us and we gave our consent to buy them. After the settlement, we came to know from the neighbour that there was a garage sale for most of the remaining items. If we knew this we would have bought them and this could made our settlement in Pakenham smoother. However, may be the owner wanted to sell the item in that way and we have no regret for this. We are still happy that we managed to get our desired house within such a short time and we thank Barry for helping us in the entire buying process.
