Barry and Christine were great to deal with. They were friendly, patient and easy to talk to, and being the first time I've sold a property, guided me through the process comfortably. I felt like I was kept in the loop at all times, and within 12 days I had two offers to consider, with a contract signed that night! Could not recommend them more highly!

I can't fault Barry and Christine's understanding of the Lakeside market and their tenacity and passion for selling houses in this area. As locals, I would expect nothing less. As a first time seller, they helped me understand the next steps and expectations. Heavy focus on their results in the area, they do have a sound knowledge of the locations they sell within. The house sold quickly at a good price compared to market value, this being due to it's high quality and demand in geographical location. Barry had had the buyer in the wings who was looking for a house like mine. However, they didn't tell me this until after the photographs and the advertising was done... the house sold the following day to the buyer they had had known about for the last two weeks. I would have appreciated this information, even if for a week to get the chance to save on advertising/marketing costs. This would have increased integrity 10 fold! In my selection process, I would not have chosen this agent out of those I'd met, but made my choice on this agent over others as I was offered a very competitive commission rate upon query, which was not honoured when I signed up. It was increased nearly 0.6% from the original offer. They did bring the rate down after further negotiation, but still not as low as originally offered. Overall, I feel the positive outcome was driven by the need of the buyer but I was happy with the outcome and service I received for the most part. I do recommend Barry and Christine as they did locate the buyer and match the need and follow through the process, however I don't necessarily think I would have received any less customer service or outcome than most other agents I had met during my research process as astute buyers don't just use one agent in any area.

What can I say very impressed and I would 100 % recommend him, we kept in contact by text no question was any issue, when I wanted an inspection it was what time would suit me. Basic facts about the property (You would be surprised how many agents didn't know some basic stuff), even showing me on the final inspection how the double turn key works.
