Barry is a true gentleman that works tirelessly to achieve your goal. I am very impressed with Barry’s local knowledge and his fantastic communication skills. I have received honest and regular feedback from Barry and have no hesitation in recommending him. It’s important to have an agent that you are comfortable with and has such great experience, Barry has assisted me with both purchasing and buying and is always the gentleman. Barry is the one to choose.

Very helpful. No information left out. Thanks Barry.

2nd time we have used Barry@Harcourts, first time because they were the agent selling the property we wanted and second time because we wanted to deal with a trusted face. They know the market and advised a much higher sale price than we thought we could sell for. Property was sold in approx. 8 weeks, could not ask for more.

We have used Barry on several properties which we have either built or renovated or just owned and he has sold them in no time at all understands the market I would recommend him to anyone

Barry is not only a professional and well knowledged agent. But also very kind and considerate with any request no matter how silly. Barry you have made this journey no less than smooth sailing and made us feel so special each and every step of our home ownership journey. Barry You are the true definition of a great agent. You treated us with respect the whole way through and this truely is appreciated from both of us. Can’t say thankyou enough. We’re blessed to have bought our second house from you exactly 5 years ago it was meant to be .

Barry assisted me throughout the buying process and had clear communication. He has high patience and perseverance. He is one of those who would go out of the way to make things work for All. Barry also has sound knowledge of local Market. Thanks

Barry is a good person to deal with and very helpful , thank barry

Barry is a pleasure to deal with. Impeccable manners, always the gentleman who never seems pushy but yet get the best results. He is what real estate salesmen should be but seldom are.

Barry was excellent to deal with. Me personally, I am not much for the big sales pitches that most try on, Barry was straight down the line just what I like. Cheers Barry!!...

We found Barry to be very approachable. He offered realistIc advice without the hype. He kept us informed on a regular basis. We felt that we had the best representation available.

Selling a property long distance is always daunting. Barry Thompson was reliable, honest and hardworking in his efforts for us. Barry’s local knowledge and dedication to the sale made for a good result. I would thoroughly recommend Barry for any real estate sales or purchases in the future.

We found Barry to be very approachable and helpful during the whole process even during his hospital visit and recuperation. Nothing appeared to be a trouble and the end result would seem to be a fair and reasonable outcome for both buyer and seller. The final sale price was in line with a listing price suggested by another independent Real Estate Agent. Thanks Barry.
