I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barry Thompson as your agent for any sales or purchases. He was professional and extremely informative at every step of the sale. It's hard to find such a remarkable agent that goes beyond to achieve your expectations and above. I would highly suggest using this agent in the Port Macquarie region Jodie

Barry could not have been more helpful. He went out of his way to find anything out I needed to know. I would recommend him anytime and will use Harcourt’s again if I need an agent. Thanks again Marg .

Barry is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing was difficult and all my queries were handled promptly. I would definitely recommend Barry and when purchasing our next property would consult with him first.

I appreciated Barry’s openness and response to my questions or suggestions. He was not pushy but gave me good advice and kept me informed. I felt I could trust his judgement and he did a good job at getting me the sale for the price we received.

Barry is always helpful and goes above and beyond. He helped prepare the property for sale, gave regular updates on the movement of potential buyers and followed instructions to the letter. He is always polite and understanding of individual circumstances.

Barry has been very helpful and patient. As we went through the process of our acquisition of our property, Barry was very responsive and helpful. He knew that I was a neophyte in the area of purchasing Australian homes, and he carefully helped me to understand the process, and provided insight to how to successfully purchase a home. Thank you Barry!

Barry has helped me buy my first home, providing advice and suggestions from day 1 of my home owner journey (which started over 12 months ago), he always lead me in the right direction and now, I am finally a home owner. His experience in the local area just isn't comparable to anyone else and is so valuable when you are looking to purchase a home. I couldn't be happier :)

Barry has been such a wonderful support throughout this process! I am so grateful for all his help and guidance. Couldn’t ask for a nicer agent!!

The sale of our rental property that was handled by Barry went through in a timely manner and the experience was very easy. Thank you Barry
