Selling property can be a pretty stressed experience, especially for me, first time ever in my life to sell, with almost 0 knowledge of the market and process I met with almost all the local real estate agency in my suburb, at the end I decided to have Argy look after my sale. The overall process was very smooth, I had lots of help from almost everyone in the office, Bart, Walter, Norma and Nick, everyone in Argy are super friendly and truly willing to help even to people not their direct client. On the business side, people from Argy are very professional, I’ve got lots of constrictive ideas from the first inspection they did, and I was informed on every step they took, from early stage all the way after auction, and Bart he knows I’m first time seller, he talk to me twice a week to explain what is going happen next and what is on my to do list, so I pretty much feels like everything is under control, he even offers to fix some of my furniture when I moved out. Open house and auction day was extremely well organised, smell of coffee, like music in the room, Bart and Norma are very good at communication skills, no rush, no push, just honest people trying their best to setup a honest deal, I’ve been to many open house and actions myself, people from Argy definitely knows what they are doing on the day. There do many good things about these guys, will takes me forever to list everything, but long story short, if you are selling property, you can’t go wrong with Argy.
