She made the process so easy from the moment we met till the sale was complete. Kathy has been in the area a long time and knows her stuff. In our first meeting she showed me sales in the area that were comparable to my apartment. Other agents had information on houses, villas, development sites etc. - information that was totally irrelevant. She didn't just tell me how much she could sell the unit for, she showed me facts.
