Basil Fogliani and Paul Holdsworth are the two best agents we have ever dealt with. Having bought and sold many homes in and around Perth we have gone through this process many times. Their professionalism is unmatched, communication - outstanding, but it is their compassion, caring and understanding in a difficult situation that makes the difference. Not only did Basil help us sell our home, he also helped us with the purchase of new properties which he had no professional interest in. Basil helped us navigate paperwork and contracts with the utmost sensitivity and contacted us to see how we were during the process. Together Basil, Paul and Hayley of Holdsworth Realty, have made a huge difference in the whole process and I would, without any hesitation, use them in the future and recommend them to anyone wishing to buy or sell a property.

Would always work with again Very helpful

Dealing with Basil has been an unbelievable experience. Being a first time seller, his guidance, knowledge and professionalism was second to none and made the experience seamless. Would highly recommend engaging Basil’s services.

Every thing done over the phone. Well organised.

Basil has been highly professional throughout the buying process. Answers were prompt—a smooth process with all documentation and checks like building reports. He is realistic in what he recommends and advice. I would highly recommend Basil Fogliani.

Basil helped me achieve a great sale price and was informative throughout the entire process.

EPaul and Basil are an outstanding team of real estate agents who have sold multiple properties for me. Their marketing skills are impressive, showcasing my properties effectively. Communication was flawless, and they always kept me informed. Their negotiation expertise ensured excellent results. I highly recommend Paul and Basil for all your real estate needs!

Basil and his team were super bud and their assisnfsnce thru the whole process was 5 star. Having to sell my childhood home of 51 years due to my dad needing to go into care was a very hard decision and difficult thing to do. Basil and his team showed nothing but kindness and compassion thru the whole process. His guidance with preparing the house for sale was concise and extremely helpful and enabled us to concentrate on what was required whilst sorting dads needs at the same time. His recommendation for how to sell and price guide was spot on. One home open, offers, SOLD. Really can’t rate their service high enough 1 million stars ⭐️

Basil is one of the top estate agent I have ever ‘worked’ with. Professional. Great attitude. Knowledgeable. Great personality. Always there for any questions you might need. Goes far and beyond for you. Wonderful communication.

Basil holds an extensive knowledge of the market. He provided an excellent level of service to us and was timely and prompt when dealing with us. Great communicator and very friendly. Thank you Basil. Highly recommend

After having such a poor experience with another agent, 10 weeks of extensions to a seller that could never afford it and losing the sale and a subject to sale purchase of another property, I was pretty over real estate agents and even the prospect of selling. Luckily I found Paul and Basil. Service was second to none. Nothing but honesty and transparency from the jump. Sold my property for more that I thought it was worth while it was still tenanted. Great guys, even better real estate agents. Couldn’t speak highly enough of the whole experience. Look no further if you want to deal with people that actually care about you and your interests. Thanks Paul and Basil.
