Not only being the best real estate agent we’ve ever worked with, Basil is also one of the most amazing, supportive and kindest people we know. I was heavily pregnant at the time of trying to sell this property, and wanted to close the sale as quick and hassle free as possible. Basil did that, and sold the house in half a day. We went live on realestate.com Tuesday evening, and by Wednesday lunch time he’s gotten us two offers at the price we wanted. I couldn’t believe it. Basil gave us a valuable advice on which buyer he thought was the best, and the buyer turned out to be gold. Their finance approval came through quickly and settlement followed in no time.
