Basil was very easy to work with. He combined a casual and relaxed approach with a high degree of professionalism. He sold my place in five days and we also bought our new place through him and he negotiated a very acceptable price for us on the new house. I would certainly recommend Basil if you’re either selling or buying. He was great to work with, he has an excellent knowledge of his area and his approach was non-pushy, thorough and very professional.

An absolute professional to deal with. Honest, transparent and sincere. We highly recommend Basil if you are thinking of buying or selling your home.

We chose Basil, initially by word of mouth, to sell our investment property, so asking him to sell our home was a no brainer. Basil offered practical advice, and combined this with attention to detail and local knowledge. His approach was at all times both professional but friendly. We were able to sell our property in record time, with the bonus of an offer exceeding our expectations. Because he understood our position, he was also able to help us with the purchase of our new home, going above and beyond what is normal required of his duties. We are delighted to recommend him.

Basil made an immediate positive impression of friendliness and sincerity when we attended the first home open for the property we purchased. He provided expert and prompt service during the purchase process and I recommend him highly as a property agent.

Basil’s knowledge of the Perth property market is unsurpassed, both from a seller’s and buyer’s perspective. We’ve sold and bought properties via Basil because he is a straight talker; an expert in his field and a delight to work with. Once we made the decision to sell our Yokine home, we called Basil who got it on the market straight away. It sold after our first home open.

From the first moment we met Basil we instantly knew that he was the perfect person to sell our home. Basil presented well professionally and personally. He was efficient & professional but at the same time he made us feel as though we had known him for years. We had every confidence in Basil and he went above & beyond in selling our home. We can't recommend or speak highly enough of Basil, he made this experience for us so much easier & we knew the sale of our home was in the right hands & never for one moment doubted him. We were happy from start through to finish & believe that Basil is well worth more than a 5 star rating. Thank you Basil & we wish you every success in the future professionally and personally.

I wish to personally THANK Basil for the amazing effort and the professionalism shown in assisting us in buying our first home. He has been always available to answer any questions and by our side throughout the journey. We made our dream come true because of him.

Basil was fabulous to deal with from the get go. He was so personable and we established a great rapport with him from the get go! 3 days on the market and GONE! What more can we say!
